Following on from Hormone Harmony, this workshop will look at specific support for women in their mid to late 40s/early 50s who are feeling confused about their hormone cycles and also for younger women who might want to best prepare for peri-menopause. Not sure about your symptoms and whether you are menopausal or not? Confused about what to do and how to best support yourself through the change? This workshop will provide you with specific dietary and lifestyle advice to help re-balance your body and ease you through the mayhem of peri-menopause and beyond. £15 / 3 credits.
Both of the nutrition workshops will guide you through how food affects our hormones and moods; which key nutrients help balance hormones; and how to sleep well and gain good energy. In addition to the talk, each workshop will include handouts, recipes and refreshments!
