This course is aimed at those who have lost a loved one and are struggling to get back on track. With the support and encouragement of the group, each member will be given space to share their feelings and will be guided towards looking at their needs and how to go about meeting these in the future. If loneliness is an issue, the group will provide a regular point in the week where others can support and listen.
